Pros and Cons of the Biden and Kamala Ticket

Of course, there are numerous benefits to anyone but Donald Trump being the president of the United States. Donald Trump poses a very serious and subtle danger to the American way of life and the promise for America and its citizens to become a more perfect union. However, there are also officials, such as governors and mayors, who rule and hold power on a more local and concentrated level. And, their policies, democratic policies in particular, have yet to prevent, halt, and/or reverse systematic racism.

On the other hand, we must ask ourselves the question “who do you trust?”. Racism and prejudice have been present for a very long time, and it will take a great deal of time and resources to overcome, time and resources that may exceed what we can contribute during our lifetime. It all comes down to who is going to push us, as a nation, toward our destiny and who is going run us into the ground.

Donald Trump, despite being a self-proclaimed strongman, has yet to stand up for America when it matters the most. In the face of our enemies, be it Russia, domestic terrorism, poverty, or healthcare, he, in four years, has turned his back on those agendas. And, it raises the question “who exactly is he fighting for?”.

Despite the smudges on Kamala’s and Biden’s record, and there are many, they have, whether you agree with it or not, furthered the black agenda. We need more representation in public office, so we can have seat at the table. Joe Biden is boldly offering that, and it is up to us to answer the call.
